Refund policy

We hope you love all of your purchases, but Madam understands things may need to be returned from time to time. 

All returns should be made in 12 days of the original purchase date for store credit only. Items must be in their original, new, unworn, and unaltered condition with the original tags still attached. All sales are final on discounted, clearance merchandise, jewelry, and accessories.

Original receipt must be present for all exchanges. 

Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. 

If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please contact Madam and place a new order. You will be responsible for shipping the exchange piece back to Madam. Upon receiving the exchange piece, we will then ship your new item and refund you the shipping cost for the new piece being delivered to you.

Madam is not responsible for additional shipping fees associated with incorrect address information given at checkout.
